Purple Plum Smoothie Bowl

This breakfast smoothie bowl is high in probiotics (the good gut bacteria that is essential to your health and immunity), fiber and protein. The high-fiber content boosts digestion and the protein helps you feel full longer.


  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt (or plant based yogurt)
  • 3 prunes
  • ¼ C frozen blueberries
  • 1 small handful of baby kale
  • 3 frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional toppings: Hemp seeds, chia seeds, fresh berries, shredded unsweetened coconut


  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth

  • Pour into bowl and top with desired toppings
