Purple Plum Smoothie Bowl
This breakfast smoothie bowl is high in probiotics (the good gut bacteria that is essential to your health and immunity), fiber and protein. The high-fiber content boosts digestion and the protein helps you feel full longer.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup greek yogurt (or plant based yogurt)
- 3 prunes
- ¼ C frozen blueberries
- 1 small handful of baby kale
- 3 frozen strawberries
- ½ frozen banana
- Ice cubes
- Optional toppings: Hemp seeds, chia seeds, fresh berries, shredded unsweetened coconut
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Pour into bowl and top with desired toppings
