The issue is that most convenient snacks are filled with added sugars and have little nutrient density which leaves you with an energy spike followed by a crash. However, this year I've seen so many great brands creating products with a better nutrition profile that helps you beat hunger and feel your best all day long.

Food trends aren’t the only thing to watch out for. Beverages being made with nutrient boosting ingredients are on the rise.
