National Nutrition Month Must Haves

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx

As a dietitian, I am always scouting for new products to recommend to my clients and my followers. This month is National Nutrition Month and it’s the perfect time to share some products I’ve been loving recently. Here’s a bit of everything - from kitchen pantry staples to supplements - all from BabbleBoxx!

CORE Bars

Everyone needs foods that they can eat on the go or when in a pinch.

These CORE bars are the perfect food for your mood because of their clean ingredients and adaptogens. For chocolate lovers, the hazelnut mocha chip and the dark chocolate walnut are must haves.

The birthday cake flavor is another one of my favorites (this one also happens to be keto). I like that it contains probiotics, which can help to ensure a healthy gut microbiome. On top of that, these bars contain Reishi and Lion’s Mane mushroom extracts, which may help to decrease inflammation in the body.

The Secret Nature of Fruit Beauty & Energy Supplements

If you are looking for some new supplements to try - look no further! The Secret Nature of Fruit offers fruit powered vitamin chews (ummm…yum!!). If you are searching for products to support the health of your hair, skin, and nails, the “Beauty” supplement is for you. It contains vitamins A, E, Biotin, and CO-Q10, which all work together in this delicious strawberry pomegranate flavored gummy.

If you are searching for a product to help with long lasting energy, the watermelon guava “Energy” supplement may be what you’ve been looking for. It contains vitamin B12, Iron, and Ashwagandha, which all aid in energy metabolism.

What I personally really like is that these chews are all made without processed sugars and no artificial colors or flavors.

Soulless Ginger Ale

Who doesn’t love a refreshing beverage? And one that’s low sugar and low calorie, too?

Soulless ginger ale is made with real ginger. My favorites are the original and lime flavors.

This drink is super versatile as it can be enjoyed by itself or even in your favorite mocktail/cocktail.

Nature’s Intent Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower rice is still an all star because it’s a veggie, low in carbs AND it’s gluten free. It can be used as a side dish with almost any meal or used as a main dish in stir fry’s and soups. Nature’s Intent Cauliflower rice is a premium choice because it has minimal ingredients, is non GMO verified, and very low in sodium.

It even comes in a convenient microwavable pouch to make mealtimes as easy as possible - this part if my favorite thing about it, because, honestly, who has time to actually rice a cauliflower head?!

I hope you love these new finds as much as I do! Tell me which ones you want to try in the comments below.
